Minnesota Cannabis Gifting
Minnesota law permits adults age 21 and older to give cannabis to another adult age 21 or older, subject to applicable possession limits and other requirements.
A lawful cannabis gift must be provided without payment or other compensation.
Minnesota law also places restrictions on promotional cannabis gifting by persons or businesses that sell goods or services.
